What we collect
When you send a booking inquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number, trip details (pickup, destination, dates, times, passengers, luggage, preferred vehicle) and any requests you add.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability and fare, arrange your trip and contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored securely and are visible only to authorised Pahadi Express staff.
